As Assistant Treasurer, Karen Butler provides financial, administrative, and organizational support to the chief operating officer and treasurer in overseeing the Foundation’s financial operations, including budget, grants, human resources, and payroll. She serves as a liaison with the Foundation’s accounting firm, supports financial planning, and provides senior leadership with information to help guide the Foundation’s grantmaking and programs. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2008, Karen served as a customer service supervisor for a private credit card processing company, where she assisted priority account holders, resolved escalated issues, and supported her team in meeting service and performance goals.
