Jason Lamin

Jason Lamin is an entrepreneur and champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the asset management industry. He founded Lenox Park Solutions in 2009 as a consulting firm and transitioned it into a leading financial technology firm that helps its clients—including some of the largest institutions, pension funds, and endowments in the world—use technology and data science to reduce biases in their financial decision-making and better manage their assets. Prior to launching Lenox Park, Jason worked for Merrill Lynch in both New York and London, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Since 2009, he also has been a private sector delegate of the United Nations (UN), working on various UN Global Compact efforts. For example, he served as co-chair of the Anticorruption Working Group. Jason participates on boards and committees for several companies, including Harding Loevner Funds in the US and French asset manager, Tikehau Capital. In addition to joining the Macy Foundation Board in 2024 and currently serving on the Investment Committee of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, Jason’s non-profit work has included the 2008 founding of the Nyawa Funding Group, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to improve living standards in Sierra Leone, where Jason was born.
