Donna L. Snider

Since 2020, Donna Snider, MBA, CFA, has served as senior vice president and chief investment officer (CIO) at Hackensack Meridian Health (HMH), New Jersey’s largest and most comprehensive integrated health care network. As HMH’s first CIO, she is responsible for managing the health system’s endowment and pension assets in support of its mission to transform health care. Prior to joining HMH, Donna was managing director at The Kresge Foundation, where, from 2009 to 2020, she was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities across all asset classes as well as oversight of internal trading activity. Earlier in her career, she was a director in Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets and Investment Banking division in New York and a pension actuary with Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers) in Chicago. In addition to her service on the Macy Foundation’s Board of Directors, which she joined in 2023, Donna also serves on the investment committee for Two River Theater in Red Bank, NJ.
