Reducing Job Burnout Using an Interprofessional Facilitated Intervention
This award supports an interprofessional facilitated discussion group to address job burnout for physicians, residents, nurses, and social workers. The intervention is based on a curriculum designed to alleviate burnout symptoms in practitioners’ professional lives.
