This award will support a monograph from the conference, Medical Professionalism Best Practices: Developing a Community of Practice for Well-Being and Resiliency. The conference will bring together health care leaders and experts in medical professionalism to discuss the roles of diversity, inequality, culture change, the hidden curriculum, organizational change, and business practices, all which affect the development of future physicians.
