Long Island University Interprofessional Education Expansion Project

The grant will support integrating interprofessional education (IPE) competencies into existing curricula within the Long Island University (LIU) health professions schools and providing opportunities for students and faculty to gain hands-on experience that improves their understanding of current paradigms in interprofessional practice. The expansion will build upon current IPE programming in more than 20 health programs across allied health, nursing, pharmacy, public health, social work, counseling, and health administration.
