Drexel University will lead a 13-partner health professions education collaborative to enhance each schools’ education in professionalism and interprofessional communication using ProfessionalFormation.org (PF), an online resource for teaching, assessing and remediating gaps in professional and interprofessional behaviors in healthcare. Interprofessional project faculty will work with each institution to integrate PF into existing curricula and create new programs in professionalism and interprofessional teamwork. The PF faculty will assist in planning for pilot testing of new activities; work with the institutions to create robust program evaluations and institute educational research at each institution; and assist in creating faculty development programs at each institution. Concurrently, the project team will identify existing and develop, where needed, evaluation tools to help faculty and students to monitor students’ personal and professional growth.  Collaborative members will provide the PF team with feedback for new PF videos and content which will be used in the broader dissemination of the online resource.
